The products themselves are really nice, but getting help from customer service was a bit frustrating. I had to chase them a couple of times just to get a response, and when they finally got back to me, the answer was basic. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than I expected.

I bought a lamp from gantri recently. And yeah, I’m really happy with it. Looks good in the room. Simple, but not boring.
The material was kind of the main thing for me. Plant-based instead of regular plastic. I wasn’t sure what to expect, honestly. But it feels solid. Not cheap. Not flimsy. The finish is really clean too.

Just nice to find something that looks good and also feels a little more thought-through. Less waste, better materials, that kind of thing. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I got a table lamp from Gantri and I’ve been really happy with it. The light is just soft and warm, not harsh at all, and it makes my living room feel a lot calmer in the evenings. It did take me a little bit to figure out the right bulb setting, but once I did, it was just the cozy vibe I was hoping for.

I figured the shipping might take a bit longer based on the usual wording in the updates, but my order showed up quicker than I thought. The tracking was actually helpful too, which I appreciated. Everything arrived safe, on time, and with no issues at all

This lamp looks really nice in person and just kind of makes the room feel better somehow. I’m happy with it overall. My only thing is I do wish there were more color options, because that would’ve made it feel a little more perfect.

The lamp does look really nice once it’s put together, but I was a little disappointed with the setup. I expected it to be quicker, and it ended up taking longer than I thought. The instructions were mostly easy to follow, but one part was kind of confusing and slowed me down. It’s not terrible, just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped...

My Gantri order showed up looking rough. The box was sort of flimsy and looked like it had been smashed a bit on one side, and there just wasn’t much padding in there, so the lamp seemed like it had been sliding around or whatever.
For something at this price, I was expecting the packaging to feel a lot more solid. The lamp itself seems mostly okay, I guess, but opening the box felt a little cheap and careless. Not exactly the best first impression.

The lamp itself is really solid and looks great in the room, so I’m happy with the purchase overall. I just wish the shipping cost was a bit more reasonable, when someone’s already paying for a decent product, it only feels fair not to get hit too hard on delivery.

I was disappointed with the whole ordering process. Checking out felt confusing, and I wasn’t really sure what was going on half the time. The updates also came later than expected, which just made the experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.
